Background

Kilmokea House required a 2 storey extension to its 18th Century 5,000 sq ft Georgian Country Manor. D.K.C. L. were contracted to complete all carpentry and joinery works.

Description of Services

New roofs were constructed and completed using natural slates & clay ridge tiles. The internal fit out comprised of fitting salvaged timber beams to the ceilings which were “open plan”.We installed hardwood door units, timber panelling to walls, timber cornices to ceilings, dado and picture rails and a timber stairs manufactured from salvaged pitch pine. The project was completed by the making good to the existing sash windows and window shutters.
