Construction of an additional 5 Classrooms & Refurbishment to Existing School with Substantial Site Works

Background

Due to demand, Kilmore Central National School required a 5 classroom extension to its existing school structure.

Description of Services

The 5 classroom extension consisted of a 1,650 sq ft single storey free-standing building with cavity block work construction including truss roof with concrete roof tiles, white aluminium doors & windows and a coloured plaster externally.
Internal fit out comprised of installation of mechanical, electrical & fire alarm systems, fitting of all fire doors & joinery, suspended & plaster board ceilings, floor finishes and paining and decorating.
External works involved the construction of a new macadam basketball court, macadam driveway & car parks, all drainage works, connection to existing surface water and foul services, electrical services, telephone and data services.
The construction of new boundary walls and perimeter fencing combined with all landscaping works completed the project.
