A total refurbishment to a listed structure which has become a landmark in the town of wexford. The project entailed the restoration of all existing ceilings and floors to their original condition. All mechanical and electrical systems were significantly upgraded to comply with modern building and fire regulations. The construction of new offices, art exhibition areas and associated site works completed this project.
