Background:

The Construction of a new modern Workshop and Retail Unit, aimed at complementing and modernising this particular area of the City.

Description of works:

The works comprised of the construction of a raft foundation with vast quantities of steel mesh inserted and finished concrete floors. The superstructure was erected using steel portal frame with a double skin insulated roof panel. External walls were constructed using a “breeze block” and dry-lined, glass blocks, structural glazing, stone cladding & plaster work with a large sliding timer door. A Brise Soleil panel was installed above the structural glazing with a Tegral sheeted panel fitted as a fascia and soffit board/s. The internal works entailed the complete fit-out and décor.
